What our games store
- An anonymous id in your browser, and game events (loads, runs, shares) linked to that id.
- The records that make links and leaderboards work.
- Anything you choose to type in a game, such as a display name or a short message. Other players may see it.
- In some games, a scrambled code of your device, used only to stop one device from making many fake players.
- If you turn on a game's notifications, your browser's notification address, until you turn them off.
We don't ask for your real name, contacts, location or photos. A few games offer an optional account or score sync; they keep only what their sign-in screen shows. Your anonymous id and events are about you even without your name, so we treat them with care.
Why
To count how our games are played, to make links and leaderboards work, and to fix errors.
Who handles it
Our hosting providers, such as Cloudflare and Fly.io, process requests to run the games. Like any website, that includes your IP address.
How long
Game events are kept while a game is live, to see how it is played. Write to us and we delete yours. Links expire as each game states.
Never
No ads, no selling of data, no tracking across other sites.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Clearing a game's site data resets its anonymous id.
- Private browsing keeps nothing after you close it.
- Write to hello@tarboushgames.com to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.

Where a game has its own privacy page, it gives that game's details and comes first for that game.
